Invoice Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all invoices issued by Limitless Virtue LLC, doing business as Kids on the Yard. By accepting services and making payment, the Subscriber agrees to these terms in addition to the applicable service-specific Terms of Service.


General

Care Team and Business Hours

  • All care team communications are during regular business hours.
  • Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Accounting hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Requests submitted during business hours are processed on the same day.
  • Requests submitted after business hours are processed on the next business day.
  • Official company holiday closures: legalhub.kidsontheyard.com/en/holidays

Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • Pricing is subject to change at any time due to market conditions, cost changes, or service improvements. Price adjustments take effect on the next billing cycle start date or 14 days after the adjusted price is published, whichever comes first. The adjusted price on this invoice or billing notification constitutes notice. Subscribers may cancel if they do not agree with the adjusted pricing. See Price Adjustments.
  • All services are prepaid and require 1 to 7 business days to process based on service type. Plan accordingly.
  • Only paid assignments will be placed on the educator's calendar.
  • Kids on the Yard reserves the right to cancel or suspend service assignments due to incomplete or failed payment.

Processing Fee

An additional processing/service fee is added to all invoices, excluding registration fees and promotional packages. The current processing fee rate is disclosed on the invoice. Contact [email protected] for the current rate.

Sales Tax

If no sales tax appears on this invoice, the customer may be subject to use tax in their local tax jurisdiction. Kids on the Yard collects and remits sales tax where required by law. Tax-exempt institutions must provide a valid exemption certificate before invoicing.


Educational Service

  • Kids on the Yard reserves the right to replace any educator assigned to any given educational assignment.
  • The Subscriber will be notified of any permanent educator changes. Substitutes or temporary replacements do not require advance notification.
  • If an assigned educator is no longer available due to internal staffing changes, the Subscriber may cancel with immediate effect or accept a replacement educator. See Educator Unavailability.

Session cancellationMinimum 24 hours notice. Friday 5:00 PM Eastern Time cutoff for weekend sessions. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged.
Subscription cancellation30 days written notice required. Billing continues during the 30-day notice period.
PauseCalendar slot held for max 14 days. Pause does not eliminate 30-day cancellation billing obligation.
Unused hoursForfeit at end of validity period. No rollovers, no credits, no cash value.

Compass Platform

If your invoice includes Compass platform features, the following apply:

  • Compass terms are at legalhub.kidsontheyard.com/en/term-of-service/compass
  • AI-generated outputs that have not undergone human review are labeled as preliminary and advisory
  • Human review may be included in your plan or available as a paid add-on depending on service tier
  • Add-on features are billed as separate line items and require explicit opt-in
  • Opting out of Compass does not reduce the base subscription rate unless Compass was enrolled as a separate add-on

Privacy and Recording

  • For quality and training purposes, all communications are recorded, including but not limited to: inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, SMS messages, chats, and application logs.
  • During online sessions, authorized staff may attend sessions as viewers to monitor progress or provide remote assistance.
  • All online sessions are recorded. Recording retention periods are governed by the Privacy Statement and Data Retention Policy.
  • Session recordings may be used for AI-powered session summaries through the Compass platform (where enabled and consented).

Governing Law and Disputes

These invoice terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. All disputes are subject to the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration provisions in the applicable Terms of Service.
