Kids on the Yard is operated by Limitless Virtue LLC, a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Miami Shores, Florida. Kids on the Yard offers online services worldwide to users in every country. International users — including residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, and other countries — may access Kids on the Yard online services from anywhere in the world.

In-person services remain available only within the United States and are not offered outside the U.S.

Scope of these terms

These Global Online Terms of Service apply to international users who access Kids on the Yard online educational services — including online tutoring, online classes, online coaching, online homeschooling support, and related online services — from any country outside the United States. United States residents are covered by the applicable United States terms of service.

Governing Law

These Global Online Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law in the user's jurisdiction, any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This governing-law clause does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the user's country of residence under local law.
