Kids on the Yard is operated by Limitless Virtue LLC, a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Miami Shores, Florida. Kids on the Yard offers online services worldwide to users in every country, and in-person services nationwide across the United States only. In-person availability within the United States is determined at the ZIP-code level and changes frequently.

Online services (worldwide)

Kids on the Yard online services — including tutoring, coaching, classes, homeschooling support, and related educational services — are available to users worldwide, including residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, and other countries.

In-person services (United States only)

Kids on the Yard in-person services are available only within the United States. In-person services are not offered to residents of any country outside the United States. International users seeking educational services should use the online service options.

Applicable Law and Data Processing

Personal data processed by Kids on the Yard is stored and processed in the United States under United States and Florida law, regardless of the user's country of residence. International users should review the Privacy Statement for information about:

Governing Law

These Global Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law in the user's jurisdiction, any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This governing-law clause does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the user's country of residence under local law.
