International Service Availability

Kids on the Yard is operated by Limitless Virtue LLC, a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Miami Shores, Florida. Kids on the Yard offers online one-on-one tutoring worldwide to users in every country, including residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, and other countries.

In-person tutoring is available only within the United States and is not offered outside the U.S.

Scope of these terms

These Global Online One-on-One Tutoring Terms of Service apply to international users who access Kids on the Yard online one-on-one tutoring services from any country outside the United States. Users in the United States are covered by the United States Online Tutoring Terms.

These global terms apply alongside the standard Online Tutoring One-on-One Terms for substantive service terms (session scheduling, cancellation, payment, refund, conduct rules, and other operational provisions).

Applicable Law and Data Processing

Personal data processed by Kids on the Yard is stored and processed in the United States under United States and Florida law, regardless of the user's country of residence. International users should review the Privacy Statement for information about data transfers, lawful bases for processing, and rights available in their jurisdiction (including GDPR rights for EU/EEA/UK users).

Governing Law

These Global Online One-on-One Tutoring Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law in the user's jurisdiction, any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This governing-law clause does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the user's country of residence under local law.
