We take your privacy seriously. We know you trust us to help with your children(s), Kid(s), and homework, and we want you to know that you can trust us with your personal information.

This Privacy Statement applies to Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard and aims to provide you with sufficient information regarding our use of your Personal Information when you visit our website, apply for, or use our services (collectively, the "Services"). Statement For Parent(s) or Guardian(s) of Children under the age of 13

Limitless Virtue / Kids on the Yard is committed to protecting your child's privacy. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") For any user under the age of 13, whose personal information we collect, we must have permission from such user's parent or legal guardian before we collect or use any personal information of such user on the Site. You are welcome to contact us to review any personal information we have collected about your child. You may request that we delete this information or specify that we collect no more of your child's information.

We will need to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child under the age of 13 to ensure that the person is, in fact, the child's parent or legal guardian.

Non-Account Holders

Our Services may be accessed by individuals without a Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard account or profile.

We will collect Personal Information from you even if you are a non-account holder when you use our Services, such as when you use our Services without a Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard account, use Payment Services (e.g., Stripe, Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard ), or when you receive a payment through our Services from account holders ("Recipient"). We may connect this information with your account, if you have one at the time you use the Service without logging in, or if you create an account later. With your consent, we may also save your credit card information for future use.

When you access services on Partner and Merchant sites, the partner or merchant may disclose Personal Information with Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard that will be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement and the relevant Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard user agreement.

Categories of Personal Data collected from you, including from your interactions with us and use of the Services:

  • Personal Identifiers: Such as name, Business Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, IP address, Device Information, Information collected from cookies or other tracking technologies, other information necessary to establish an account
  • Records and Financial Information: Such as, bank account and routing numbers, credit and debit card information, amount you send or request, other financial information
  • Commercial Information: Such as online shopping cart information, shopping activity on merchant sites, purchase history, and order tracking and product information
  • Geolocation: We may collect IP-based geolocation data and Global Positioning System (GPS) with your consent during your user experience or based on your mobile application settings.
  • Internet or network activity: interactions with our Services, Information about response time for web pages, download errors, date and time when you used the service, Location Information, such as your IP address, statistics regarding how pages are loaded or viewed, the websites you visited before coming to the Sites and other usage and browsing information collected through Cookies ("Technical Usage Data")
  • Biometric: When you consent in the user experience, we collect voice identification or face scans to authenticate your account

  • Inferred data: We may infer information about you such as your preferences and shopping behavior, based on your transactions and interactions with our Services
  • Characteristics of Protected Classifications: including age or date of birth, national origin, disability, citizenship, military status
  • Sensitive Personal Information: Social Security number, government-issued identification, bank account and routing numbers, credit and debit card information, voice identification and Photo IDs or Precise Geolocation

  • Short Messaging & Chats: All Short Messaging ("SMS") are recorded and logged.

We may also obtain the above categories of Personal Information from the following categories of sources:

  • Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard or Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard Companies
  • Third parties: including Service Providers, Partners and Merchants, Payment Partners, such as payment processors, Credit Reporting Agencies, Government Entities, Data Brokers, and Financial Institutions
  • Connected Accounts: Non-Account or Accounts you agree to link to Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard, such as social network accounts, mail accounts or banking for direct payments. You may change your mind about use of this feature and unlink your connected accounts at any time. If you choose to link these accounts or share such information with us, we will periodically collect and process it until you disconnect the account
  • Third Party Applications: Applications that you choose to use for example, the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or social networking sites
  • Advertising platform: Such as Google Ads, Microsoft ("Bing") Ads, Facebook ("Meta") Ads and other.
  • Security service providers: To help prevent unauthorized access to our Services.

Personal Information We Collect For "Online Educational Services":

Limitless Virtue / Kids on the Yard is committed to protecting your child's privacy. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), Limitless Virtue / Kids on the Yard requires that children under the age of 13 have verified parental consent before having their voice or image recorded in online tutoring or online classes. The following Privacy Policy details how we collect, utilize, and disclose personal information of students under the age of 13 who participate in Limitless Virtue / Kids on the Yard' online classes and/or online tutoring.

  • All Online sessions are recorded.
  • All recorded sessions such as one-on-one, classes will be deleted after 90 days or less. Unless a dispute case arises.
  • Your child's voice and image (categorized as Personal Information under ("COPPA") regulations) may be recorded as part of their participation in a tutoring session or group class. In addition, your child's name will be used during the session(s).
  • Observation Team: From time to time, one of our observation team will join the session in a "watch only" mode to evaluate the teacher or the methods used. The observation team was kept from getting involved during or after the session with the student.
  • Our tutors and specialists utilize online teaching platform such as:
    • Zoom video conferencing (https://zoom.us/)
    • Google Classroom
    • Zoho Meeting
    • Google Meeting
    • Adobe Connect
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Amazon Chime
    • Other 3rd party tools
  • All our platforms provide a recorded video that may be shared with one of the following roles:
    • Educational Team: To support progress and personalized teaching approach.
    • Accounting: To verify the length, time, and executions of the session.
    • Student: After filing a request to access. Minor students require the parent(s)/guardian's consent
    • Primary Account Holders: After filing request to access.

We never require your child to disclose more information than necessary to productively participate in one-on-one sessions or group classes.

Monitor Online Tutoring Progress

During online sessions, Limitless Virtue / Kids on the Yard "Observation Team" or staff members may attend sessions only as a viewer ("watch only" mode) to monitor progress accordingly. The observation team was kept from getting involved during or after the session with the student.

Do We Disclose Personal Information, and why?

We do not sell Personal Information to third parties for money or share your Personal Information for cross context behavioral advertising, including any Sensitive Personal Information.

However, we will disclose your Personal Information with third parties to help us provide Services, protect our customers, students, and families from risk and fraud, market our products, and comply with legal obligations.

In addition, we may disclose Personal Information with:

  • Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard and Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard Companies, including our brand, to provide you with the Services and manage our business or the Rewards program.
  • Authorities, when accompanied by a subpoena or other legal documentation that requires Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard or Limitless Virtue LLC / Kids on the Yard Companies to respond. Such authorities include courts, governments, law enforcement, and regulators. We may also be required to provide other third parties information about your use of our Services, for example, to comply with card association rules, investigate or enforce user agreement violations, or prevent physical harm or illegal activity.
