Overview
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that Kids on the Yard (Limitless Virtue LLC) engages to process personal data on our behalf in order to deliver our services. This page lists our current subprocessors, the purpose of each engagement, and the categories of personal data involved.
Each subprocessor is bound by a written contract that requires data protection obligations equivalent to our own, including confidentiality, security safeguards, and use limitations. All listed subprocessors process data in the United States.
We retain this list to provide transparency to families, students, educators, and institutional partners about who processes personal data and why.

Changes to This List
We may add or replace subprocessors as our services evolve. When we engage a new subprocessor that processes personal data, we provide notice to institutional partners (Controllers) before the engagement, consistent with our Data Processing Agreement. Institutional partners may object to a new subprocessor within 30 days of notice.
Material changes to this list are reflected in the "Last Revised" date above.
