Governing Law
These in-person service terms and any disputes arising from in-person service matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
