At this stage, Kids on the Yard does not provide paid service for pre-recorded sessions/classes. This policy may change in the future, and any updates will be reflected in this document.

Service Status

Currently, Kids on the Yard focuses on live, interactive learning sessions rather than pre-recorded content. This approach ensures:

• Personalized attention and immediate feedback
• Adaptive learning based on student responses
• Quality assurance through live instruction

Future Considerations

Should Kids on the Yard introduce e-learning or recorded class services in the future, such services would be subject to:

• Updated terms of service specific to recorded content
• Appropriate licensing and usage rights

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KIDS ON THE YARD, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH E-LEARNING SERVICES, RECORDED CONTENT, OR RELATED EDUCATIONAL SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Governing Law

These e-learning terms and any disputes arising from e-learning related matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Language Policy

Note: Any version other than English is provided for convenience and You understand and agree that the English language will control if there is any conflict.
