Kids on the Yard's compliance with the Arkansas Children and Teens' Online Privacy Protection Act
Arkansas Children and Teens' Online Privacy Protection Act (CTOPPA)
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Overview
The Arkansas Children and Teens' Online Privacy Protection Act (CTOPPA), signed into law on April 21, 2025, is the first state law to extend COPPA-like privacy protections to teenagers. Kids on the Yard is committed to full compliance with this groundbreaking law.
Applicability to Kids on the Yard
Kids on the Yard is operated by Limitless Virtue LLC, a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Miami Shores, Florida. Whether the Arkansas Children and Teens Online Privacy Protection Act (CTOPPA, Act 952 of 2025) applies directly to Kids on the Yard depends on factors that may change over time: the Act applies to online services that are directed to children or teens, or where the operator has actual knowledge that it is collecting personal information from a child or teen. Because Kids on the Yard provides tutoring services to minors, the Act may apply directly to Kids on the Yard once it takes effect on July 1, 2026.
Out of an abundance of caution, Kids on the Yard treats the Arkansas Children and Teens Online Privacy Protection Act (CTOPPA, Act 952 of 2025) as if it directly applied and honors all rights, disclosures, and practices described on this page through the contact procedures listed below, regardless of any later determination of statutory applicability. Nothing in this voluntary framework limits or waives any rights you may have under the Arkansas Children and Teens Online Privacy Protection Act (CTOPPA, Act 952 of 2025).
