This document outline USA online services, Type of Services.

Overview

Thank you for considering “Kids on the Yard” Tutoring and Kids Life Coaching, operated and maintained, as applicable, by Limitless Virtue LLC, a Florida corporation company doing business as “Kids on the Yard”.

Throughout this Agreement, we may use certain words or phrases, and it is important that you understand the meaning of each. The list is not all-encompassing, and no definition should be considered binding to the point that it renders this Agreement nonsensical:

Any version other than English is provided for convenience and You understand and agree that the English language will control if there is any conflict.

Type of Services

  • Online Education Services, a course, class or One-on-one format where students and instructors correspond and interact using virtual methods such as: email, Web conferencing, and learning management systems.

Kids on the Yard offered 6 types of Online Education Services:

  1. Tutoring One-on-One - Live educator. One-to-one instruction describes a student learning from and interacting with a teacher individually, with instruction tailored to the student's own personal pace and learning needs.
  2. Homeschool One-on-One - Live educator. One-to-one instruction describes a student learning from and interacting with a teacher individually, with instruction tailored to the student's own personal pace and learning needs following state guidlines and requirements.
  3. Class / Event Study - Live educator, instruction describes a student learning from and interacting with a teacher in a group setting.
  4. Small Group Study - 4 to 6 students in a group seeting study.
  5. E-Learning or Pre-Recored Class - Study using Learning Management System LMS. LMS is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation, and delivery of Pre-Recored Educational Courses, training programs, materials or learning and development programs.
  6. Global Educational Maret-Place, Where the student and the Educator are interacting direct using the platform.
