The Term Cancellations is split into two sections:

- What happened to the request that arrived after hours via SMS? All SMS are logged into our system and trigger tasks for relevant teams. All tasks are processed during working hours in the order they have been logged into our system.

Service Cancelation Acknowledgeis an email and SMS automatically sent to the client to confirm that we started the process of "Service Cancellation."
