All Kids on the Yard USA staff, teachers, and tutors are required to pass a full background check before starting their employment and/or renewed once a year.

• Sex Offender Registry Search - Safety verification through national registries
• County Criminal Court Search - 7 Years of detailed local criminal history
• Domestic Watch List Search - Additional safety screening measures
• Document Verifications - Authentication of credentials and certifications

Kids on the Yard uses a trusted 3rd party service to perform these comprehensive background checks, ensuring thorough and professional screening of all personnel.

Policy Modifications

We may add, change or eliminate part of this policy and other aspects and make other changes at any time without sending a personal notification about the change.

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the site or the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
